I ordered a pair of glasses on 2/11/2025 and explicitly paid for "Thursday Delivery." Naturally, I expected to receive my glasses by that Thursday. However, every communication I received after placing the order stated that production alone would take 3 business days. This made me question, why on earth would they even offer a Thursday delivery option if it's impossible to meet that deadline due to their own production times? Here I sit, 9 days later on 2/20/2025, still waiting, and now I'm being told it will take 7-10 business days for my glasses to be delivered. They did reimburse me for the express shipping, but that's not what I wanted; I wanted the next-day delivery I paid for. This super disappointing situation made me feel compelled to reach out to customer service to understand what went wrong and why their service was so misleading.

Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I paid for "Thursday Delivery," but it's now 9 days later, and my glasses still aren't here. CS Rep: I apologize for the significant delay and the frustration this has caused. I see here that while you selected an expedited shipping option, the 3-day production time for custom lenses meant it wouldn't be next-day delivery. We’ve already processed a refund for your shipping fee. Customer: That's not the point. Why is "Thursday Delivery" an option if you know production takes 3 days? It's completely misleading.
