This made me question, why on earth would they even offer a Thursday delivery option if it's impossible to meet that deadline due to their own production times? Here I sit, 9 days later on 2/20/2025, still waiting, and now I'm being told it will take 7-10 business days for my glasses to be delivered. They did reimburse me for the express shipping, but that's not what I wanted; I wanted the next-day delivery I paid for. This super disappointing situation made me feel compelled to reach out to customer service to understand what went wrong and why their service was so misleading.
