I'm writing this review to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I never thought getting a refund for an order I never received would be such a nightmare. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. All I kept getting was BOT responses saying it's in transit. I want my money back! I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because this situation is unacceptable, and I believe others deserve to know what they might face.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about my order #105081183. It's been weeks, and I still haven't received my glasses. The tracking shows it stuck in Atlanta, and all I get are automated messages. I want my $246 back! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and the difficulty you've experienced in getting a clear answer. Let me pull up your order for you. Customer: This is ridiculous. I've had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other places just to get a real person to look into this! All I got was a bot saying it's "in transit" for over a month now. I need a refund, not more excuses. CS Rep: I see here that a refund has indeed been processed on April 1st, and you should expect to see it reflect in your account within 7-10 business days. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and the extensive steps you had to take to get to this point. Customer: So I still have to wait? After all this hassle, and having to fight so hard just to get my own money back? It's been such a terrible experience, I just want my money back already.
