I ordered, saw their site said "eligible for next day delivery," and paid for the $19.95 next day delivery fee. Hours later, I received an email stating my order was in process and would take 3 business days. Where is next day? This blatant misrepresentation, coupled with the frustration of dealing with automated phone lines and chat bots instead of actual human support, compelled me to finally get a person on the line to demand a refund for the service I didn't receive.
Customer: Hi, I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I paid for next day delivery, but my confirmation email states it will take 3 business days. This isn't next day. CS Rep: I apologize for the discrepancy, sir. Let me check your order details right away. Customer: This is unacceptable.
